If you look at this report I reference in this article, they want all airports in the UK (except Heathrow - England, Glasgow - Scotland and Belfast - NI) closed by 2030. By 2050 they want them all closed.

This was a report produced by leading universities and sponsored by the UK Government.

Great article! I’ve been telling my husband about this (air travel/closed airports) for several years since I first became familiar with “The Great Reset”. Also...not only will we not be able (aka allowed) to fly as we please, but with the push of electric cars, we will also be limited in our ability to travel long distances (like coast to coast) without serious hardships (finding enough charging stations along a given route). The plan has always been to make travel (either around your city/state or across the globe) so limited and unaffordable that we’re forced to stay within a certain perimeter...like a fence-less prison. There’s an old Navajo proverb that goes: “...you cannot wake a person who is pretending to be asleep...”! Could explain why it seems so difficult to get thru to people...they are in a state of refusing truth (closing their eyes and clapping their ears with their hands while declaring “I’m not listening, I’m not listening...), cognitive dissonance in full force. I don’t recognize this world anymore, but I refuse to put my head in the sand and pretend I don’t know what’s going on!

The last time I was in an airport, in Hamburg this year, I was frisked after waiting in the security line for 2 hours, even though the metal detector didn't beep. Meanwhile an executive jet passes over my apartment on the way to Villacoublay airport in Paris every 30 minutes. No, they do not want plebs flying. A cowed and subdued French populace currently languish in their homes all weekend because there is no fuel in the petrol stations, ostensibly because of strike action, but it feels like a dress rehearsal. Apropos your point about SchiphoI, I note my previous country of residence, Holland, is feeding school kids bugs in the canteens. Emaciated WEF freak Yuval Harari warbles on about the millions about to be made surplus to requirements by AI, yet the truth is this is about a controlled demolition of the global economy with the aim of savagely reducing the global population, helped by a precipitous collapse in human fertility and pharmacological democide. All this to return to some Edenic paradise, this time populated by wizened descendants of Cain. You just have to laugh.

I have a family member who is a pilot for private company. A typical flight from the US west coast to the east coast to England and then back again is approximately 7000 gallons of jet fuel! I can drive my VW for 21 years for the amount they use on one quick trip!

And the elites/politicians/corporations/celebrities do this every day all day.

And they want me to get an electric car? Not happening. Never.

You say extinction rebellion are not conscious of being useful idiots, but heard on News today they're funded by the usual western oligarchs. I'd guess Soros is one. This is no surprise to be and many awake on here. Doubt that News will be covered on the wonderful impartial BBC LOL.

So much to counter - like this switch from everyone pushed to take all the flights they can, to flights off-limits to most (except the elite)

I'm thinking about and missing you. If i recover some faith that thinking would become a prayer. Thank you for your light, little owl.

Perhaps this is true. One thing to note is that air travel for the masses is relatively recent. Growing up, I remember the cost of going on a flight was prohibitive for many families. You went on a flight for business, maybe for a very extra special vacation, like a honeymoon or graduation gift. You actually got dressed up to go on the plane, and the flight attendants and airport staff were courteous and helpful.
